The price invoiced is for one month’s hire only. – If any further time is needed this will incur monthly charges.

Any damaged sustained to any property of JP’s and Sons Scaffolding Services Ltd will encounter a charge for replacement of equipment. 

When Scaffolding is in place, this will assume that you agree to the Terms and Conditions for JP’s and Sons Scaffolding Services Ltd.

JP’s will provide a quotation prior to any additional works carried out; this quote in writing will need to be agreed to before any work is erected.

Delays working, because of no prior agreement of the quotation will not be a responsibility of JP’s and Sons Scaffolding Services Ltd

There must be an agreement that JP’s and Sons Scaffolding Services Ltd would be the only Scaffold company on site, whilst JP Scaffold is erected. Should you wish another Scaffold company to take over, JP’s have the right to remove all Scaffold Materials owned.

Unauthorised personal will NOT be permitted to tamper, adjust, or adapt any Scaffold standing- should this occur it will result in additional charges.

JP’s and Sons Scaffolding Services Ltd may not be on site on daily basis but commit to being present when alterations or additional work is needed.

Invoice numbers to be stated on all bank transfers- Company name is not enough for us to reconcile our records.

Invoices will be sent on a Monthly basis- should there be a delay in payment – Work will cease until payment has been received.

Any retention fees taken from the amount on the invoice sent, must be agreed prior to payment being made.  All fees will be returned in full on completion of the job providing no damages occurred.

 

Receipt of invoice will imply that you agree to all the terms and conditions laid out for your contract.

JP’s and Sons Scaffolding Services Ltd adhere to Health and Safety rules and regulations during the erection of Scaffolding.  If this has been tampered with in any way after construction, then the company cannot take responsibility.  This applies should there be any accidental damage because of any action taken without permission.

Should any breach in our Health and Safety policy be made it will incur a charge. The fee of intervention will be made per hour to reinstate and make safe the equipment.

There will also be a charge for any paperwork involved with the intervention.
